Sigma F80 brush review!
I have never a big fan of liquid foundations because of the time it takes me to blend them into the skin seamlessly. I own the face & body foundation by MAC and a tinted moisturizer by Bobbi Brown(which is actually much thicker than the foundation). Both of these "foundations" sink into the skin relatively quickly however they will streak if they are not blended in.
I have tried a number of brushes(including MAC's 187 and ELF's powder brush from their studio line) and I have experienced streaking with every single one of them(on different levels of course but still...).
Now, I have been using the F80 for a couple of days now. I have been blending in my foundation, tinted moisturizer and concealer using this brush and I have seen no streaking whatsoever. Now, it's time for pros and cons ;)
+
Amazing for blending
Densly packed bristles
Gives your foundation a flawless look
It is synthetic
Extremely soft bristles
Great for liquid, cream and powder products
No shedding (and believe me this is important especially when you've had a 40-odd euro brush shedding on you for the past 2 years)
Price: $16.00

Because this is a kabuki brush and the bristes are so packed it takes a little longer for it to dry(around 12 hours from my experience).
All in all a great multi-use brush!!
Now, if you guys want a chance to win this brush visit my blog tomorrow ;) *hint hint* :P

Tangerine Sunset!
How are you today? It is a hot and sunny afternoon and I thought I should create a look that would be perfect for a girl who dares to wear the current orange trend! I used 3 main colours(plus a highlight and a blending colour) for this look. The colour in the inner corner is a yellow gold colour from a Dior duo(unfortunately I don't know the name of it). The colour in the middle is "Off the page" by MAC(LE with a Frost finish). Lastly, the colour on the outter corner is by Estée Lauder and it is called "Voila"(number 34).
The highlight colour is "Ricepaper" by MAC. I also used a black liquid liner to line my upper lashline and coated my lashes with Maybelline's Lash stiletto volume mascara. I also used a tiny bit of a soft brown eyeshadow to blend the colours in the crease.
The "technique" is easy and the key to creating this kind of look is BLENDING!!Use a flat brush to blend the lines between colours and a fluffy brush to blend the edges...!That is all...!! Give it a try and let me know ;)
Here is the look...
I hope you like it...!!!:D

Korres VS The Body shop white eyeliner pencils
Now, today's post will be a comparison between two white eyeliner pencils.
The Body Shop eye definer: White
The first one I purchased was the Body Shop "05 Eye Definer Shade: White". I bought that a couple of months ago when they had some sales and the price (as far as I can remember) was 6 euros. Now the price itself is very reasonable. The actual price of this product is aruond 9 euros(prices may vary). Not too bad for an eyeliner if you ask me. However, the pencil is stiff and the colour pay-off is not great.
The reason I wanted a white eyeliner pencil in the first place was to use it on my water-line to brighten up my eyes. This was impossible to do because of the poor stain power of this product. I was really dissapointed and frankly very surprised since I own another of the company's liners(in the shade 12 "Shimmering Steel") which is smoothe and has a great stain power.
Korres Soft Eyeliner Pencil: White
I bought this product a couple of days ago for a little over 7 euros from a pharmacy. I thought I should give this a go since I have the gold one and I absolutely love the formula. This is everything the "Body Shop eye definer" isn't. It is smoothe, the color is very opaque and it stays on for a long time. Also, the price is equally, if not more, reasonable which definately makes this a HG product for me.
Here are some swatches for you guys:
Excuse the lack of make-up and my dark circles but I had a bunch of tiny moles removed yesterday and I have to be really carefull when applying stuff to my face and/or neck. Because of that I decided not to put any make-up on today and I hope that you don't mind.Anyway... :P
Let me know what you guys think...!Do you use white eyeliner and if so which one is your favourite??
